Terms of Service

NepsezAI is an informational and educational tool. Nothing on the Service — including AI-generated responses, market data, portfolio analytics, screeners, or alerts — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. We are not registered with the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) as an investment adviser or securities broker.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Securities trading involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal. Consult a licensed professional before making any investment decision.

Responses are generated by large language models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. The Service may combine live and delayed data and can produce errors. Verify any figure that matters against an authoritative source before relying on it. You use AI-generated output at your own risk.

Market data is sourced from NEPSE and other third parties and is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Data may be delayed. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You may use part of the Service anonymously; some features require signing in with a supported provider (e.g. Google). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Access is provided subject to usage limits that vary by whether you are signed in. Limits (such as messages per day and per conversation, request rate, and available features) may change at any time. You must not attempt to circumvent limits, scrape the Service, run automated or scripted traffic, or otherwise place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any law or regulation, including securities and market-conduct rules;
• engage in market manipulation or disseminate misleading information;
• infringe intellectual property or misappropriate others’ data;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service;
• resell or redistribute the Service or its data without permission.

The Service, including its software, design, and original content, is owned by NepsezAI and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NepsezAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms, at any time. Material changes take effect when posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Nepal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
